Two Big Caveats Before You Get Excited

Even for eligible internal candidates, there are important details to weigh.

First, the hybrid work model. The CBSA currently requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the designated work location (office) and 2 days telework. But the posting notes this will *“be updated to work a minimum of 4 days per week in their designated work location and 1 day per week at their designated telework location during the year.”* That change is already on the horizon.
